Coral Cay is a beachfront resort on Siquijor's west coast in San Juan, built around simple thatched bungalows set in tropical gardens, some right on the sand. The sunset views from the beach bar are consistently praised, and reception staff get good marks for helpfulness. Expect to pay around $26–$33 a night.

Worth knowing before you book: reviewers are split. Several report tired rooms (broken locks, weak air-con), slow restaurant service with inconsistent food, and the beach itself turning shallow and muddy at low tide. A few also mention ants, occasional power cuts, and noise from neighbouring karaoke late at night. If a beachfront location and garden bungalows appeal, it can still be a pleasant stay — just go in with realistic expectations rather than the postcard version the photos suggest.
