Apo Divers Scuba and Free Diving

Fun dives from ₱2,500; Open Water certification ₱28,000 (~€399). Apo Divers is a PADI 5-Star Dive Resort on Solangon Beach, San Juan, with its own small beach resort attached — a dive-focused stay rather than just a shop. The center has mapped more than 30 dive sites around Siquijor and another 12 around neighboring Apo Island, with depths from 3 to 50 meters and regular sightings of turtles, coral gardens and schools of barracuda and jacks.

Rates

Same-day fun dives run ₱2,500 for one, ₱4,300 for two and ₱5,800 for three, with better per-dive rates on 6-dive (₱11,500) and 10-dive (₱18,000) packages — all prices include equipment, boat and transport. Groups stay small: a maximum of 4 divers per guide, 8 per boat, with dive days typically running 9am to 3pm aboard the center's own boat, the Yoriko.

Courses and freediving

As a 5-Star resort, Apo Divers runs the full PADI ladder from Discover Scuba through Divemaster; Open Water certification is ₱28,000 (about €399). The center also runs its own structured freediving program, the Freedive Education System, from beginner through professional levels — a Discovery Freediving taster (AIDA1) is $125 for a 5-hour session.
