Small Paliton Beach

Cangbusyo Beach San Juan Siquijor

Let's Go ⬆️

Better known as Small Paliton, Cangbusyo Beach is the little sister of Paliton Beach, one of the island's most popular spots. It gets very (too?) busy at sunset — a good place to socialise, sometimes a little too much, with "volunteers" and flyer distributors trying to "sell" you hotels and restaurants that aren't really worth the detour, plus the occasional pushy vendor.

Environmental fee: around ₱20-30 per person (collected locally).

The cove sits just around the headland from the main Paliton Beach and shares the same fine white sand and turquoise water, in a smaller, more intimate setting. If you'd rather skip the sunset crowds, mid-morning or early afternoon is calmer and just as scenic.
