Miss Mambo is the restaurant of the Sea and You Resort, at Campo Uno, Timbaon — the south-eastern corner of San Juan municipality, on the edge of Lazi. It is a seafront estate of more than five hectares with direct beach access. Which means: you are in San Juan, but not in touristy San Juan. Nobody passes through here by accident, and that is the whole point.

Why you will find almost nothing about it online

Look for Miss Mambo on TripAdvisor, on the aggregators, in the guides: you will find almost nothing. The restaurant shows up only as a line in the resort's listing, and the resort itself has barely twenty reviews. That is not a sign of doubtful quality, it is a listing deficit: a recent, out-of-the-way address the star rankings have not caught up with.
